Delete Your Account

1. Delete in the App (Recommended)

1. Open HourMark on your phone
2. Tap the menu icon in the top-left of the Dashboard
3. Select Settings & Business Info
4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen
5. Tap Delete Account and confirm

Deletion happens immediately. You will be signed out and all your data will be permanently removed.

2. What Gets Deleted

• Your Firebase authentication account (Google or Apple sign-in link)
• All contractors, entries, payments, and jobs
• Your business information (name, address)
• All settings and preferences
• Taxpayer Identification Numbers (TINs) stored locally in iOS Keychain / Android Keystore
• All locally cached data on the device

3. What Is Retained

Nothing. Deletion is immediate and permanent. We do not retain backups or shadow copies of your account data after deletion.

Anonymous, aggregated analytics (which screens were viewed, which features were used) may have already been recorded, but this data contains no personal information and cannot be traced back to you or your account after deletion.

4. Local-Only Users

If you use HourMark in local-only mode (without signing in), there is no account to delete on our servers. To remove your data, tap Settings & Business Info → Delete All Local Data, or simply uninstall the app.

5. Can't Access the App?

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email us and we will delete your account on your behalf:

• Subject line: Account Deletion Request
• Please include the email address associated with your HourMark account

We will process the request within 30 days and confirm by replying to your email once deletion is complete.
