Clearing Your Data

Moto Trax v1 is an anonymous directory app. There is no sign-in, no user profile, no posting, and no account — so there is no account to delete. We collect no names, emails, or personal identifiers. The only data you can clear is what's stored locally on your device.

1. Clear Local Data in the App

Open Moto Trax on your phone or the web
Go to Settings → Your Data
Tap Delete Local Data and confirm

This removes your units preference, cached map tiles, and any other local data the app has stored on your device.

2. Uninstall the App

Uninstalling Moto Trax removes all local data automatically. Location permissions can be revoked at any time through your device's system settings.

3. What's Stored on Our Servers

Because Moto Trax has no accounts, there is no personal data tied to you on our servers. The only data we receive is:

Anonymous crash reports from Apple/Google standard crash reporting. No personal identifiers.
Feedback you choose to send us via the in-app form, which is only what you wrote (and a contact email if you included one).

4. Requesting Deletion of Crash Logs or Feedback

If you want us to delete crash logs your device sent us (within the 14-month retention window) or feedback you submitted, email us:

Include your device model and approximate date range, or for feedback, the approximate date and a portion of the message text

We will respond within 30 days.
