Moto Trax
Effective: May 4, 2026 · Last updated: May 4, 2026
Moto Trax is built by Nubric ("we," "our," "us"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have. We wrote it in plain English. If anything's unclear, email us at info@nubric.dev.
Anyone who uses the Moto Trax app on iOS, Android, or the web (mototrax.app).
Moto Trax v1 is an anonymous directory app. There is no sign-in, no user profile, no posting, no check-ins. We do not collect:
Location data (only when you choose)
Information from third parties
Device + app data
The only data we receive is anonymous crash reports and feedback you choose to send us via the in-app form.
We do not sell any data to anyone. Period.
The 285+ track listings in the app come from public sources:
sport=motocross features, ODbL license)Editorial content in the News tab is written by Nubric.
| Vendor | What they handle | Where data lives |
|---|---|---|
| Apple App Store | App distribution + crash reports on iOS | Apple |
| Google Play | App distribution + crash reports on Android | |
| Expo (EAS) | Build + over-the-air JavaScript updates | Expo / Cloudflare |
| OpenStreetMap / CartoDB | Map tiles + geocoding when you search | OSM Foundation |
We do not share data with anyone for marketing or advertising.
Because we don't store user data, there's nothing to export, delete, or correct on our servers. Closing the app or uninstalling it leaves no trace on our side.
On your device, Moto Trax stores a small amount of local preference data (your units choice, cached map tiles). To clear it: Settings → Your Data → Delete Local Data. This is also done automatically when you uninstall the app.
If you want us to delete crash logs your device sent us (within the 14-month retention window), email info@nubric.dev with the device model and approximate date range.
If you live in California (CCPA), the EU/UK (GDPR), or another jurisdiction with privacy rights, the answer is the same: we have nothing on you to access, delete, or correct.
Moto Trax is rated 4+ and may be used by anyone, including children under 13, since we collect no personal data and contain no user-generated content.
If a future version of Moto Trax adds user accounts, posts, comments, or any other feature that collects personal data, we will update this policy and notify users in-app before enabling those features.
