These terms govern your use of Moto Trax, a mobile and web app made by Nubric. By using the app you agree to them. We tried to keep them short — please read.
Moto Trax is a directory of US motocross tracks with map and list views. Editorial content in the News tab is written by Nubric.
Moto Trax is not:
The track listings come from public sources:

If you spot wrong track info or want a track added/removed, email info@nubric.dev. We update via over-the-air content pushes — fixes typically reach all users on the next app launch after the push.
You agree not to:
We try to keep Moto Trax up. We don't guarantee uptime. If the app is down or data is stale, our maximum liability is to fix it.
Moto Trax is provided "as is." Track contact information, AMA listings, and other directory data come from public sources or were correct as of last update. We don't verify this information ourselves. Always call ahead. We make no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nubric is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Moto Trax. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold Nubric harmless against claims arising from your use of Moto Trax in violation of these terms.
If a future version of Moto Trax adds user accounts, posts, comments, or any other feature that changes the relationship between you and us in a material way, we will update these terms and notify users in-app before enabling those features. The "Last updated" date will change.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.
