Website plans suit business websites; Store Care covers an agreed Shopify storefront. Existing sites are reviewed first. Cancel before the next billing period. Provider subscriptions are separate.
Care is optional. Your published website stays online while its required domain and provider accounts remain active. You can request one-off edits at $75/hour, with a 30-minute minimum.
Monthly care combines the listed routine checks and edit time into one predictable bill. It can save money compared with booking both separately; for a rare small change, one-off help may cost less.

Extra routine edits are $75/hour in 30-minute increments, approved first. New pages, redesigns, custom features, integrations, campaigns, and major incidents receive a separate quote. Unused edit time does not roll over.
No. You can request one-off updates instead. We confirm your site is a fit before care starts; existing repairs, CMS/plugin maintenance, databases and custom backends need their own scope. Care is billed monthly and can be canceled before the next period. Domain, email, Shopify, and other provider charges remain separate.
Uptime alerts are automated; this is not a 24/7 staffed response service. We review the items listed in your plan and keep website source changes in version history. Database, customer-record, and Shopify backup needs are scoped separately.
Your domain and service accounts stay in your name. We use collaborator invitations where supported, offer multifactor authentication guidance, and configure email sender authentication when email setup is included. Website source files and agreed deliverables are handed over after payment.
