These terms apply to the nubric.dev website and Nubric LLC as a company. Each of our apps also has its own specific terms that apply when you use that app.

Nubric LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is a software company based in Florida, United States that builds business websites, online stores, and custom software, and develops and publishes mobile applications. By visiting nubric.dev or using any of our apps, you ("you" or "user") agree to these terms.

Client Services
Paid website, design, and software work uses a separate written project plan and service agreement. That agreement defines your deliverables, price, revisions, provider costs, ownership, and ongoing support, and controls the client engagement. Browsing this website or sending an inquiry does not commit you to a purchase.

The nubric.dev website is provided for informational purposes. You may browse the site freely. You agree not to:
