Nubric LLC is a software company based in Phoenix, Arizona. We develop and publish mobile applications. You can contact us at info@nubric.dev.

2. Scope

This policy covers the nubric.dev website and general company practices. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy with details specific to the data that app collects:

3. Website Data Collection

The nubric.dev website is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or collect any personal information through the website itself.

If you contact us by email, we will use your email address only to respond to your inquiry and will not add you to any marketing lists.

4. Our Apps — General Principles

Across all Nubric apps, we follow these principles:

• Minimal collection: We only collect data necessary for the app to function
• No selling: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information
• No ads: We do not use your data for advertising or profiling
• Anonymous analytics: Some of our apps collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the experience. Analytics never include personal information or data you enter
• No tracking: We do not track users across other companies' apps or websites. We do not use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) or any cross-app tracking technologies
• Your data is yours: You can delete your account and data at any time from within any of our apps
• Encryption: All data transmitted between our apps and cloud services uses TLS encryption

5. Third-Party Services

Our apps may use the following third-party services to function:

• Google Firebase — Authentication (sign-in), cloud data storage, and anonymous analytics. See Firebase Privacy
• Apple Sign-In — Authentication on iOS devices. See Apple Privacy
• Google Sign-In — Authentication across platforms. See Google Privacy

We do not integrate advertising SDKs or any third-party services beyond what is needed for core functionality and anonymous usage analytics.

6. Data Processing Location

App data is stored and processed on Google Firebase servers located in the United States. By using our apps, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Cloud-stored data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our infrastructure providers. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Our apps are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information through one of our apps, we will delete it promptly.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export a copy of your data

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of our website or apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
