Nubric LLC builds business websites, online stores, custom software, and mobile apps. We believe in keeping things simple — including how we handle your data. We do not sell your information, ever.
1. Who We Are
Nubric LLC is a software company based in Florida, United States. We build business websites, online stores, and custom software, and develop and publish mobile applications. You can contact us at info@nubric.dev.
2. Scope
This policy covers the nubric.dev website and general company practices. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy with details specific to the data that app collects:
When you use one of our apps, the app-specific policy applies in addition to this one.
3. Website Data Collection
The nubric.dev website is hosted on GitHub Pages. We use optional Google Analytics on the studio and portfolio pages to understand visits and improve the website. It loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”; declining does not affect using the site. Google may process cookie identifiers, page activity, approximate location and device/browser information. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Our implementation removes query strings and fragments from page URLs and referrers sent in the initial Analytics configuration, and does not send inquiry field values to Analytics. App-specific support and legal pages are not tagged. Interactive demonstrations run in your browser and do not send your inputs to an AI service. The Food Plot Calculator ad mockup is an image illustration, not a live advertisement on Nubric.
You can change your analytics choice through in the footer or here. We remember your choice in local storage for up to 180 days when available. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep analytics off. Declining after allowing stops further collection and removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase previously collected data. Read how Google uses data from partner sites.
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the name, email address, message, and optional business, service, budget, or timing information you provide. FormSubmit processes the submission and delivers it to our Google Workspace email inbox. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. Its spam checks may use Google reCAPTCHA and associated technical information. See FormSubmit’s privacy terms and Google’s privacy policy.
We use your inquiry to respond, discuss scope, and manage a potential project; submitting does not subscribe you to marketing. We retain correspondence as needed to handle the inquiry, fulfill an engagement, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can request access, correction, or deletion at info@nubric.dev. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information through this form.
You can also email or call directly instead of using the form. GitHub Pages, Google Fonts, and email providers may process technical connection data when delivering their services. See GitHub’s privacy statement.
4. Our Apps — General Principles
Across all Nubric apps, we follow these principles:
- Minimal collection: We only collect data necessary for the app to function
- No selling: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information
- No ads: We do not use your data for advertising or profiling
- Anonymous analytics: Some of our apps collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the experience. Analytics never include personal information or data you enter
- No tracking: We do not track users across other companies' apps or websites. We do not use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) or any cross-app tracking technologies
- Your data is yours: You can delete your account and data at any time from within any of our apps
- Encryption: All data transmitted between our apps and cloud services uses TLS encryption
5. Third-Party Services
Our apps may use the following third-party services to function:
- Google Firebase — Authentication (sign-in), cloud data storage, and anonymous analytics. See Firebase Privacy
- Apple Sign-In — Authentication on iOS devices. See Apple Privacy
- Google Sign-In — Authentication across platforms. See Google Privacy
We do not integrate advertising SDKs or any third-party services beyond what is needed for core functionality and anonymous usage analytics.
6. Data Processing Location
App data is stored and processed on Google Firebase servers located in the United States. By using our apps, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Cloud-stored data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our infrastructure providers. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
Our apps are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information through one of our apps, we will delete it promptly.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export a copy of your data

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of our website or apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
